Blurred Boundaries

A spatial installation employing a multilayered composition of different surfaces, partially printed, and multiple projections of sequences of digitally animated patterns.

Intriguing illusory effects and an elusive depth are created as the projected image and the printed surface merge in such a way that it becomes difficult to distinguish between the print and the projection, between the real and the virtual. Within this hybrid environment the digital image is transformed into a tangible and tactile experience, physical and illusionary space fuse together.
